Public transport

Egmond itself has no train station. You can take the bus from Castricum, Heiloo or Alkmaar to Egmond.

Transport by car

Egmond is easy to reach by car, use the route planner on the right side of this page. Paid parking applies from March 1 to November 1. Please note that on the warm days in July and August it is very busy in Egmond aan Zee, which makes finding a parking space difficult. Alternatively, you can park in Egmond aan de Hoef and from there go by bus to Egmond aan Zee.
