The Hague has direct train connections with Leiden, Schiphol, Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Hoorn, Haarlem, Gouda, Utrecht, Delft, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Brussels and Paris, among others. There is also an extensive tram and bus route.
The Hague can be reached by car on the A4, A12, A13, A44 / N44 and Ring Den Haag motorways. Accessibility is often complicated by the many traffic jams, especially on summer days.
